Introduction

Hi, I’m Bima Sakti Nugeraha who always desain with love, empaty and communication. I build this project because I want to challenge myself. And hope my brain will be good and fast when doing real case design work at future.

Overview

Now every airplane wants every passenger have easy access to their services. Which this application will helpfull for passenger especially airplane to see and to know information, booking flight and check in airline etc

Project Date

1 month, I worked on this project on the sidelines of busy work, taking courses and being a father from my daughter :D

Research Stage😍

first i love this part, but when i am doing this it will be taking a long time and will run if I find someone else to help me. but it’s oke. in this section will tell Concept, Design Problem, Define and How might we.

a. Concept
I will made concept design to clear, “what the problem to fix with this application ?” when I want to find problem and fix it, I have to outline the problem in detail, The following are my main idea about the design problem.

What
is it : Mobile app for booking flight and all about airplane service
for : passenger want to fly and looking information about airplane
Can user find : user can find booking flight, check in flight, looking some information and services airplane

Who
Use this apps ? : people who wan to fly with this airplane and want to know information about airplane, discount and other similar things.

When
User can use ? : anytime. apps will 24 hours service passanger who want know information about airplane and have problem about service and confused who to ask, user can use this app with service costumer care

Where
User can use app ? : Anyplace user can use this app because this app online.
User can booking flight ? : when the user has done looking for flight schdules.

Why
User want to use app ? : user need, choose easy app to booking and when have trouble easy to access help

How
To make user happy ?: at every step of use as much as possible to avoid what can make the user confusing

c. Define

Point of View

User: People who want go to anyplace and need airplane as transportation
Need: ease of booking tickets, check-in and finding out flight information
Insight : We know, when people choose airplane for their transportation he must want a fast ride, same a that, users definitely want convenience in accessing facilities airplane, that’s why the features that will be displayed on the application do not confuse.

a. User Flow

2 Process Booking& Check in

Tab Home have 3 section where every section have different features, but for this case study i just make run 2 features but i will explain what inside features at tab Home
Section 1 main feature
- Booking : for booking ticket airline
- Check in : for self Check in online
- E Ticket : for view e ticket
- Flight Status : for see the fleet of aircraft used
- Aircraft Fleet : for see long history airplane with
- Food : for order food on the fly
- Bagage : For see rules information bagage & bagage calculator

this section will show news and promotions from our Airline

Section 3 Where You Go ?
this section just like show for user to be interest flight to anywhere with show picture favorite destination ”hope user can be fast to order ticket😁”

b. Sketch

Before design low fi with figma i make Sketch at paper with pen, i do this because in order to have an idea of the design that will be made. see below sketch what i made.

after sketch at paper send to half real design use figma.

this section will be last from study case\Yeay/, Final Prototype will show last result from design we made from Design System and High Fidelity

every text, color, button and icon etc. must be consistent and not different from the others, thats why i need Design System to make design consistent every page

Conclusion

Yey, after i write about proces reserch until design, first i say Thank you for reading from top to bottom, Overall what I doing for this study case have many miss and then many things can improve especially in the transaction process. i think more adding features is the best choice😊.
